I have an ongoing need for freelance chefs with experience of southern French and Italian cuisine.
I am looking for minimum of sous chef level and above candidates who have worked in fine dining restaurants and who are culinary trained/qualified.
Male chefs due to accom arrangements
Please note I need chefs with fine dining and/or Yacht experience cooking for VIP?/HNWI clients.
Ideally based in or near Cote D’Azur to Genoa stretch of coast but will look at chefs based in rest of Europe.
I need chefs who are happy to work short notice contracts and who have EU passports valid longer than 6 months. Would suit chefs who can come and go with my contract as and when they are free.
I am therefore creating a pool of talented chefs to call on for this ongoing work.
You will travel to location for the work contracts and all accom and travel is paid for in addition to a competitive day rate.
Client will pay you direct so this is suitable for self employed chefs who are flexible with dates and these short term contracts at short notice.
