Once we have received and fully understand your criteria for the perfect candidate we go away and create a shortlist of candidates for the role. We interview all candidates we send to you in person or via skype, discussing their training and early career in detail with them.
We also check 2 work references for all candidates placed and we try to meet with you to discuss your needs and to see the villa or residence for ourselves so we can relate this back to the candidate and ensure we get the right person for the job for you!
