We are recruiting Chefs for our luxury chalets in Verbier, Switzerland for Winter 23/24.
Do you have excellent culinary skills and able to run an organised kitchen and plan your own menus for up to 14 guests? You will be responsible for provision of ingredients to serve breakfast and afternoon tea on 6 days a week and a 3-5 course dinner on 5 nights per week. We are looking for a team player who can work alongside a host and with previous experience working as a luxury chalet chef or on a yacht/private houses or those with restaurant experience looking to expand into private dining. You must be a UK passport holder and able to commit to a full winter season.

Salary £2500 + guaranteed bonus and share of tips
1 full day off and 1 half day off per week
Split shift 6 days per week, allowing you time to ski or snowboard
Ski pass provided
Ski/snowboard hire provided
Travel to and from resort included
