I am recruiting for a ski chalet chef to work in French Alps resort called Val D'Isere this winter.
I worked this resort and its a fantastic one, large ski area, snow sure usually.
Client operates luxury chalet which are rented by public.
This is not a private chef role and the salary reflects this.
Please bear in mind this is a job where the chef will ski most days so its not the same as working on a yacht.
You are working a ski season to enjoy the snow, cook some great food and have a great life experience.
Contract 1 Dec to mid April
you will need a UK bank account and insurance number as its a UK ski company and you will be paid in the UK
What is included:
> Travel contributions
> Ski Pass and Equipment
> Winter Sports Insurance
> Staff Meals
> Performance and Chef Bonuses.
> Chefs responsible generally for:
> Breakfast: Cold Cuts, Pastries, Cereals, Juices, Fresh Fruit Platter plus 1 or 2 hot specials per day.
> Afternoon Tea: Selection of sweet and savoury pastries and cakes.
> Pre-dinner Canapes: 3 or 4 canapes to be served with champagne or cocktails.
> Dinner: 3-4 courses, taking into account guest’s dietary
> requirements and requests. (Chefs have 1 evening off per week
